MBA Class of 2009 Computer Requirements

All MBA students in the Pamplin College of Business are expected to have a laptop or tablet pc. Intel Macs are acceptable but users will still be expected to have Windows installed. (More Mac Info) Tablets are recommended as they have capabilities beyond a normal laptop and offer excellent in-class notetaking and searching utilities. • Windows XP Professional. sp2 or Tablet PC 2005, or Windows Vista Business Operating System (system should be Vista Ready).
• Mandatory Business Student Bundle (only available to full-time MBA students).

• Memory - 1 GB Ram (2 GB recommended if planning on upgrading to Vista)
• 80 GB Hard Drive (5400 RPM minimum)
