Pamplin Students

At the end of March 2009, Pamplin hosted an undergraduate Diversity Case Competition designed to provide students the opportunity to develop skills in analyzing and responding quickly to complex business issues involving diversity. Fourteen student teams participated and were asked to "explore different methods and strategies that can be used to increase the under-
represented minority population at Pamplin."
Six teams advanced to the final round and presented their recommenda-
tions to senior executives who served as the panel of judges.
