Biography
T. W. Bonham (Ph.D., South Carolina) is Professor of Management. Some of his positions in administration have been Assistant Dean for Undergraduate Studies (1978-81), Associate Dean for Undergraduate Studies (1981-83) and Associate Dean for Administration and Research (1983-2006). He has presented papers before the Academy of Management, Southern Management Association, Southwest Academy of Management, and the Southeast and National Decision Sciences Institutes. His articles have appeared in the Academy of Management Review, Journal of Managerial Psychology, Personnel Journal, Journal of Instructional Psychology, and the Journal of Management. Dr. Bonham’s primary interests are in the field of organizational behavior. He has served as Assistant Editor of the Academy of Management Review and on the Editorial Review Board of that journal. He has also served as a member of the board of directors of the Southern Management Association. Professor Bonham’s teaching ability has been recognized by four teaching excellence awards and election into the Academy of Teaching Excellence.
