Biography
Fiona Ji began her doctoral study at the Department of Management, Pamplin College of Business in 2006. Her interests include specific Topics on multinational corporations, such as organizational learning and innovation. She also has a broad range of interests in sociology and psychology research on organizations. Her study has benefited from her interdisciplinary educational background and diverse industrial experience in different countries.
Fiona received her master's degree in management from Grenoble Ecole de Management (France), and her bachelor's degree in French (international relationships) from Foreign Affaires University (China). She also has work experience in multinational corporations in several countries.
