Biography
Jinpei Wu (Frank) is a doctoral student in the Management Department at Virginia Tech. His current research interests include knowledge acquisition and development, international business strategy, and entrepreneurship in emerging markets. Jinpei taught in China and worked as a credit card manager in North Carolina before starting his doctoral program. Jinpei is passionate about doing research on emerging markets. His most recent work appeared at "Business as an Agent of World Benefit: Management Knowledge Leading Positive Change," convened by the Academy of Management (AOM), Case Western Reserve University, and United Nations Global Compact as well as conferences such as SEDSI and SEINFORMS. Jinpei’s work also appeared in the Journal of Business Ethics and Employee Responsibilities and Rights Journal. Jinpei is a member of the Academy of Management and the International Association for Chinese Management Research.
